ABOUT US
It was the Spring of 2015 when the very first Drivos summit was held at a very special lakeside cabin.
If wealthy entrepreneurs and celebrity politicians get together in Davos, Switzerland each year to discuss world affairs, why couldn’t a few great friends get together and BS about the business of cars.
What could we invent, build, buy, dream-up? The Drivos group has grown as we’ve shared adventures from vintage race events, to glitzy (and not so glitzy) car shows, to road trips across continents, to break downs, rebuilds, road rallies, and all night debates about the merits of this mill vs that manufacturer.
This is Drivos. A noun and a verb. It is who we are and why we love to drive, wrench, and share our machines.
Late in 2019 is when the inspiration for the Drivos digital logbook came about. We were on a fast October run across the middle States in a wonderfully hooked up ‘65 365C. Spending all those hours racing across South Dakota gives one the opportunity to shoot the shit.

The logging-by-mileage image you see on this page is from that trip. There is also an authentic picture of the really terrible 'Maintenance whiteboard' we used to rely on in our shop.
Along the way, the idea of a logbook-style app for all the other Drivos-minded people in the world sprang to mind, and we were off! This is the direct descendent of these initially subpar solutions.
